My Grandmother took her pet bird of 17 years to this vet, she was seen by Dr. Weaver for plucking or losing he feathers.They decided to keep her at the end of the last week til this Monday. When we dropped her off, dispite was wrong with her, she was alert and well. We went and picked her up Monday evening, her vitals seemed off, she couldn't perch on your finger, or hold her head up. When we asked why she was this way, they said it was because she had a protective cone around her neck and it can tend to place them a very sedative mood. She remained this way through the night up until being caged before bed. This morning my Grandmother found that her bird passed away. We called the vet first thing, and no one was available to help us. So we left a message. Its almost lunch and no one has called. I don't advise taking your pets to this place. Ever.

I hated it. Absolutely hated it. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews, but the experience here was so devastating and traumatic for me and my Kimmy Kat, I have to let it be know. There was a protocol they took with my Kimmy, since she had not had her rabies vaccine. They took it in the most unprofessional way. They kept telling me how mean Kimmy was to cover their butts. They did not advise me on any after care after her surgery. Every time I called for Kimmy's plan, no one knew what the next step was. A scary factor at a practice, because communication should be key. I could rant on and on, but I'm so upset. Please don't take your pets here. Such an awful practice.

I have 2 cats that have recently had several issues. I have always been able to be seen right away at Animal Ark. Dr. Weaver has got to be the most compassionate and thorough veterinarian that I've ever had take care of my cats.

I love this vet because I can confidently bring my reptiles here! My dog enjoys the free water and comfy seating in the lobby.

I called Animal Ark this morning because my Eastern Box Turtle was very sick. They made room to see her today as soon as they found out she needed help! Dr Weaver was so good with her and I will definitely be bringing my turtles back to Animal Ark!!!
