I was shocked to see the reviews below; this office has been excellent when my cats have needed care. Dr Stephens is fabulous! The other staff are all friendly and their pricing has been much better than our last vet. The exam rooms are always clean and I have never had to wait long for an appointment--of course, I wasn't the one in the carrier so you'd probably get a different story if you asked my cats:)

Please do not bother taking your animals here. They do not care about your animals but they do care about making as much money off of you as possible. The office staff up front constantly changes and the owner/doctor is the most rude, unprofessional hateful lady I have ever met. She does not know how to properly communicate with people in a respectful way. She performed a surgery on my animal and was unprepared and almost killed him. If you have any medical emergency please go to Carolina Veterinary Specialists, they are amazing and will take good care of your animals. If you love your pet, don't go to Animal Hospital of Clemmons!!
