I have only had positive experiences with Banfield since I have been bringing my dog there for the past two years. Whether it has been for a well visit, a sick visit or an emergency visit the staff were friendly and the care was excellent. The Banfield Health Plan is the way to go when financing care your pet.

Do not go to this pet hospital! I've never seen a place that charges as much as they do. For them to treat an ear infection was $245! $28 of that was for the vet tech to "clean" my dogs ear out. If that's what you would call it (sticking a Q-tip in his ear)! Do not go here unless you want to walk out spending a fortune! Plus I only saw the Vet for a minute, the Vet Tech was the one performing the exam!

the rudest ppl i have ever encountered. their rates may seem low; do NOT buy into their wellness plan as something cost effective for your pets... b/c it's a rip off... the vets there are not even that good. my other friend that takes their dogs there were mistreated and ended up getting their two dogs sicker. i will never go back b/c of the customer service was terrible... and they are out to get your money.. DO NOT GO THERE!

Banfield is a great service for pets and I fully support the plans of care that Banfield Hospital creates. The vet practice under Banfield at Concord is AWFUL. They will nickle and dime you for everything- including a mandatory flee pill (15.00 per dog) when your dogs dont have flees. Dont go. One trip they tried to charge 300.00 for an ear infection. They care more about money than the animals. There are plenty of other vets and practices connected to Banfield to go to. DONT SUPPORT CONCORDS PETSMART BANFIELD.
