I had a very sick cat. I made an appointment over the phone and was seen with in ten minutes. They worked hard to find out waht was wrong and I left there with medication in hand. Couldn't have been any better

Hated it is understated. Blind billing, payment up front with no idea why and front desk personnel who are uninformed Overpriced services and products that are not ethical and maybe not even legal. Duplication of medications, cost of exams and feline exams and soft paw applications $105.00 more that others....YES $15.00 Banfield $130.00 AFFORDABLE (JOKE) Animal Care. And they don't return calls, won't try and reason and will "discuss" in staff concerns.

I recently planned to take my cat in to get vaccinated when I noticed that he had what looked like an abscess on his leg. He has never had one before but with indoor/outdoor cats it's not unheard of. I called to make sure it was okay for me to bring him in to be seen for this issue, knowing that they do mostly vacc and spay/neuter, and they insisted that it was okay. My cat is a very cool, relaxed, all white male who is known to purr through his entire exam, still I thought it might hurt so I offered to hold him down and keep him calm (done it in the past with my cats and and as a Tech with other cats, even took courses in feline handling). The tech cleaned his abscess and he whined a bit but things were going fine. The veterinarian came in and asked me to let the tech hold him because of "liability" so I said ok and stepped back. She proceeds to pick him up and hold him in mid air by grabbing him under his front legs and hoisting him up (he is NOT a small cat). Next she grabs his leg that is currently draining blood and puss and bends it back so she can see it from the angle at which she is standing. Queue the hissing and yowling and my ever so calm cat tries to bite her! Next, a tech comes in and grabs my always friendly and purring cat by the scruff and holds him ***in the AIR at arms length*** The vet continues her examination of the wound while my boy is twisting and hissing and spitting and TURNING BLUE. Then they finished and all walked out of the room. The Tech returned and yammered on about some crap that I already knew and I pretty much ignored her while I was trying to get my big boy to calm down. I left the room and when I got to the front desk the receptionist told me my bill was $160!!!!! NOT AFFORDABLE AT ALL! I didn't even have energy to argue, I just paid and left. For $160 this clinic: 1. Confirmed it was an abscess (pretty obvious)

I brought my animals in to see Dr. Bullock and she was amazing. The service I received at the front desk was great and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this clinic to everyone that appreciates great service and low prices.

This clinic is amazing both the service and value it offers. Not only are you getting excellent clinical service, but wonderful customer service and at a fraction of the cost of most vets in the area. The clinic is warm and clean as well. I love my dogs so I wouldn't bring them anywhere else. The flea medication is at a better price than even Amazon offers it too!
