We've been taking our pets to this Banfield location for about 8 months now and couldn't be happier with our experience. Dr. Germain has been amazing and everyone is very pleasant, polite and thoughtful. They are very efficient regarding time and have a great facility / staff. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience there.

We've been going to this Banfield location for about 5 months, since we got out dog. =] They got him up to date and neuter in no time, and his neuter area healed in no time. The staff is super helpful and SO friendly. The vets are very knowledgeable, and are even headed and calm making the whole experience easier, even for my dog who is very very scared. I really hope I never have to go to another vet, because this location and its staff is just so perfect for me and my pet. =]

This location just opened and I can't believe how nice it is! Our dog, Gracie, has been going to Banfield and has seen Dr. Moding at a different location and I was excited to hear they were opening a new clinic (not in a Petsmart) that is closer to where I live where she will be practicing. We live in North Carolina for half the year and Colorado half the year and it is great because we have Banfield clinics in both locations to keep her care consistent. I stopped by the location to see the new clinic and they were kind enough to take me on a tour of the hospital! It was very welcoming, bright, modern, and spacious. The lobby even has a corner for kids to dress up in mini white doctor coats and listen to stuffed animals with toy stethoscopes! The exam rooms looked very nice and they even have a special 'calming room' with a fountain and a couch for nervous or ill pets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have only seen Dr. Moding in the past, but the staff let me know that the other vet, Dr. Germain, is also a wonderful Doctor and really cares about the pets she sees. It is funny to think my dog will be going to a clinic nicer than my human Doctor's office but she deserves it! We love our dog! I should also mention they are open until 7PM and open Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (except Christmas day).
