Family has used this vet for years. They are very good with our dogs. I have never had issues with record keeping or how they handle our pets.

I have been trying to get my dog's records from this place since 2/24/09 (2 weeks) after they dragged my dog with his tail between his legs back to have a check up on his eye, having mistaken the reason for his visit for his annual exam which by their own records (my dog went there for 6 years, from the age of 6 weeks) is not due for another 3 months; the one of the front desk attendants was surly (which up until then I had not experienced) and the owner/Vet who called to follow up on my written letter explaining how poorly I was treated, replied that "If there was a miscommunication, then he apologized." I would be very careful of taking my animal here as they do not treat them in the room with you, but rather take them into the back away from the owner for care and they will not photocopy the written records, but insist on transcribing/interpreting them for you. When they sent records to my new vet, they only sent the vacination history, not the current eye condition... not even the microchip number which they installed. At this point I am no longer looking for an apology for mistreatment, just the records so I can have my dogs full medical history and move on.
