I took my dog Tovi here to pick up a collar and new leash. They have a huge selection and their staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made Tovi feel very special! I will be going back for some new toys very soon!!!

An elderly man who works in the small pet department was very rude to me on two occasions. Treated me like I was a child and was very unhelpful. When I saw him the second time he said, "There's that lady. We were talking about you." He blocked my way so I couldn't get the items I came to buy. He made me very angry. I plan to shop at Petco from now on.

Worst seafood ever. the fish was small and tasteless. Couldn't find a table. Who lets pets into a restaurant anyway? I'll not be fooled again.

The grooming department was so great with us. Our dog has always had nail issues, a few growing upwards, and she howls if you so much as show her nail clippers. A few nails had gotten so long we thought they might catch on something. We happened to be at PetSmart, and a veterinary nurse came out and sat on the floor with us. She was extra patient and kind with us and the dog, trimmed the problem nails slowly but surely, and then didn't charge us. I am unemployed so that last bit was the icing on a very wonderful cake.

I've been in this store twice in the past week preparing for the arrival of an adopted puppy and the staff has been very courteous and helpful with helping me find what I need and make exchanges and returns. I would recommend this store!
