My dog collapsed on the floor without warning and, by the time I got him to the hospital, he was limp and had no vitals. The doctor on call resucitated my dog and stabilized his heart, and he was hospitalized overnight in intensive care. The staff there was wonderful - answered my questions, let me visit, kept me up-to-date on his progress, and gave me a comprehensive list of blood test results and discharge instructions. My dog is alive today because of this hospital. For the reviewer that was concerned about money, you don't choose to go to a 24/7 specialty hospital to save money, you go there to save your pet's life. Yes, it cost a lot of money to have one-on-one monitoring and care, but my dog is a member of our family, and having him alive today is worth WAY more than a few months of credit card payments.

Awesome people! Saved my beagle's life when he swallowed ibuprofen. Triage began immediately upon my dog's arrival, which was important given the urgent nature of his crisis. Gave me daily updates on his progress and costs. Staffers were extremely helpful and communicative and answered any and all questions. Highly recommend if you have a pet emergency! This venue is located in the Harris Teeter plaza at the corner of 751/54/Hope Valley, which is convenient to residents of the Southpoint or Chapel Hill areas.

Run! Have had (2) pets here since they opened. It is all about the money.
