I was referred to Westside Animal Hospital when my older cat needed to have all his teeth removed. I was nervous to go to another vet, but once I meet Dr. Hoover and his team, I felt reassured. I had a great experience at Westside Animal Hospital. All the staff were very informative and kind. From just my first phone call, I felt reassured that my dog would get the best care. I am new to North Carolina and came from 2 hours away. They allowed time for the consultation and procedure so that there would not be additional trips or costs. Also, they were very understanding when I was late because of traffic. Dr. Hoover patiently explained my dogs condition and the process for care.He listened to all my concerns, made me feel at ease and not rushed to make decisions. I have spent a great amount time and money at many different Vets because of my French Bulldogs. Westside Animal Hospital has very reasonable prices with outstanding care. They are very worth my time and money.

Taken my cats here for years and now we also take our dog there for his services. Great practice! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You and your pets are in good hands at Westside.

Excellent across the board. Over the last five years, I haven't met a single employee here who wasn't friendly, considerate, communicative, and kind. Both doctors are excellent, give great care and are animal-loving while being reasonable and realistic with owners--I have never felt pressured or guilted into any procedures, tests, or practices. Information and services are offered but not forced. The facility is clean and appointments run on time but never feel rushed. I still take my cats here even though I moved across town. Worth it. We love Westside Animal Hospital, and have been bringing our cats there for over a decade. Drs. Hoover and Broussard and all the staff are friendly, warm and take excellent care of our kitties--from the day we adopt them to the time we have to say good-bye. I recommend them whenever I can.
