Simply put, they are the most caring people that you can find when it comes to your pets. To Dr. Wurler (sorry about the spelling) Rocco, Roxie, and Peppers loves and thanks you for your care.
I am not sure why these people have choosen to bash Wilson Veterinarian Hospital.. But I have been going to see them with my Police & SAR Dogs for 4 years now and have had always a great experience. Even if the bill was wrong they would always fix it for me. My female just had pups during the huricaine Irene and they were there for me with all my questions. Also my female had to a nipple removed and they did a great job, and my dogs are not just pets, plus my female always barks when in there which is embarrassing to me but the ladies laugh and then we go back to a room so she can calm down.. The grooming dept is THE BOMB!!! OMG IF YOU HAVE A DOG THAT SHED'S YOU NEED TO USE THEM WITH THIER SPECIAL SHEDDING BATH.. MY VACUUM LOVES ME AGAIN...:) They understand the difference between a working dog and a pet dog. As for thier prices, conparied to Raleigh and other places they are very reasonable... SO I GIVE THE LADIES A 2 THUMBS UP!!!! TRY THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
This clinic is NOT my usual clinic and NEVER will be. I work for a rescue group and one of our fosters needed a blood transfusion. My vet does not do those so he called this clinic and spoke to a certain vet and got a price and sent over bloodwork results from the previous day. They treated us like TRASH from the moment we walked in the door and acted like it was because our dogs are Pit Bulls. They drew MORE blood (from a dog needing blood already), charged us for that and then told us they didnt think a transfusion was going to help her and they did not want to WASTE their blood!! They did not let us see the vet that was spoken to and gave us a totally differant outlandish price if we wanted to continue anyway. Our foster could barely walk and they tip-toed around her like they were scared of her!!! I have NEVER in my life been treated SO bad by so called professionals. Rudeness, disrespectfulness and ignorance is all that my self and my foster dog were shown at this establishment. I will be printing off the Vet's Code of Ethics and contacting the Better Business Bureau. How these people acted is NOT acceptable. FYI IF YOU ARE IN THE ANIMAL FIELD YOU SHOULD HAVE A LOVE FOR ALL ANIMALS!!!!
I have never been treated with such disrespect!!! The doctor was inconsiderate, cynical, rude, and the nurses are so incompetant they can not even weigh your pet correctly. While we were waiting the "nurse" if you can call them that because I doubt they have any medical training they took the dog to be "weighed" and after TWENTY minutes she returned. We asked what took so long and she said she had trouble drawing blood from the dog! Suffice it to say we were shocked, our dog was not there to have blood drawn and they planned on billing us for the work they did without our conscent or knowledge of even knowing they were doing this to our dog. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, IT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL ANIMAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. ALSO WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER ANIMAL HOSPITALS AND PET SUPPLY STORES IN THE AREA EVEN RALEIGH, THEIR PRICES ARE TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF THE NORMAL RETAIL PRICE. THESE DOCS ARE OUT FOR MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PETS!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!
The only vet that I will take my dogs to. Great staff and great vets!
