Or not. Pricey is the nicest review I have ever heard about them, and I hear that one a lot. A friend's elderly, blind dog was described by one of the vets as 'a mess.' Another friend had an elderly cat with a recurrent condition, but they refused to refill needed medicine without an office visit.
