I was forced to give it at least one star but it doesn't even deserve that!!!!!!!!!!! I took both of my cats here and the first one i had no problems with they did all their vaccines and he was neutered everything went smoothly but when i took my second cat in they gave her the Imrab3 a 3 year rabies vaccine that is known to cause a certain type of cancer in cats and to make it worse they did NOT discuss that risk with me. I am now with a new vet and was just told all this information!!!!! My poor little girl is getting all sorts of tests today after her spay to see if shes got this cancer or not. If you want your pets to stay healthy do NOT take them here these people will not give you all of the information or talk to you about all of the risks

Dr. Garrett is a saint! My cat needed a surgery that I was quoted $2K for at Sandhills Small Animal Emergency Services, and he just got the surgery today at Animal Hospital of Fayetteville for around $500. All the ladies working phones and customer service know their stuff and work their butts off. They got me in the same day I called! I live an hour away from this vet but I will travel here every time!

I have had Dr. Brian Garrett looking after my horses for years. My dogs and horses are all taken care of by the very competent staff at this vet's office. I would always recommend this vet to anyone. They are affordable, knowledgeable and care a great deal about all their patients! This has been a great vet to be able to rely on for years. No matter the circumstance, they are honest brokers about what to expect, both the good and the bad. They were even kind enough to send a sympathy card when I had to put one of my beloved dogs down. A staff that truly cares about their fuzzy patients and their owners.

This is honestly the best vet I have ever been to. My family and I just relocated to Fayetteville and after much research I decided to take my cat to the Animal Hospital of Fayetteville for her annual wellness exam. Dr. Rebecca Moland addressed all of my questions without rushing. She was compassionate, empathetic, and took the time to research the best solutions for my cat's needs. She listened to my concerns, administered the necessary appropriate tests (no "up-selling" for tests I didn't need) and finally gave me the answer to my cat's current health state that I have been asking other vets for years. I have never had such a personalized, involved experience with any other vet. She cares for your pet like your own. All of the ladies I met on staff were caring, involved, and genuinely interested in my pet's well-being. I will definitely be returning!!

Vicki Varner I have been going to Dr.Garrett for over 30 years.. I have to drive past 4 other veterinary offices to get there including one 3 doors down from where I live. Dr Garrett is not only the best vet in Fayetteville, he is the most caring Dr I've ever met, not only for the pets but also the owners. He always takes the time to discuss the diagnosis sometimes staying way after closing. He has taken excellent care of my furbabies and many strays I've brought in over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
