I found the staff very professional both times I had to visit this urgent care clinic. The vet and vet tech were spot-on with their diagnosis of my dog's condition (later verified through our normal vet.) And when we had to make the hard decision to put our dog down, the staff was more than supportive in our grieving moments. I would recommend this clinic. The prices were what I would expect from an urgent care clinic, which tend to be a little higher, but worth it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! When my husband showed up with our very sick little dog, after buzzing them for 5 minutes the VERY VERY INCONSIDERATE lady that greeted him acted as if she was being completely bothered by him! When we picked up our baby the vet had a very who cares kind of attitude. This place is EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY and VERY EXPENSIVE! I will forwarn anyone about this place and let my own vet clinic know the experience we had.

My dog ate a turkey leg that I had dropped on the floor and started choking on a small shard of it. I called this location because it was just down the road from me. The gentleman listened to my story, gave me options, told me what the exam would cost, and suggested I should bring my dog in. I brought him right away. When I got there, the same guy walked right out, greeted my dog in a gentle manner, took him to the back, and before I could get done with the paperwork, brought him back out with the shard of bone taken out! I was so happy it wasn't something serious. When I asked how much I owed, he looked at me and said don't worry about it. After the day I had, I really needed that kind of hospitality. Thank you so much.

Took my puppy here who had a little bit of blood in his stool but was fine other than that, and they tested him twice for parvo and both tests were Negative but the insisted he had parvo and was going to die if i didn't let them treat him, i waited for while playing with my energetic puppy in the meantime they charged me over $400. Next day took my puppy to another vet and he never had parvo it was just a small parasite that three doses of medicine cured.... Was not happy to waste $400 and be told all my other puppies would need to quarantined too glad i took him to another vet for a second opinion.....

They are rather expensive and not the most friendly. My dog got hurt so we took her there what they told me would take 2hrs ended up taking 5hrs a bit upset considering i live a while away 45mins. But they did good
