Cape Fear Animal Hospital has cared for my pets since I was a child and today I am almost 78. The staff is always pleasant and helpful; they greet me and my pet as if they are so glad to see us. The doctors are top notch, none better. They take time and pains to make me and my pet feel comfortable, back up their diagnoses with test results, historical information about the condition and progression, make recommendations that make sense to me, and always seem to have my pet's best interests at heart. I can attest to this pet care facility totally and without reservation.

I just took my dog there for a second opinion because I was not impressed with the previous vet. Dr. Morgan was uh mazing. She answered all my questions and was really in tune to me, and wasn't in a hurry to get the appointment over with. She also wrote everything down we talked so I wouldn't forget when I talked to my husband about it. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, they answered all my questions and were very helpful with checking us in since they are aggressive with other dogs.I recommend this office to anyone with pets. My husband and I have been bringing our dog Molly to see Dr. Morgan since November 2013. Molly is a rescue and came to us with some MAJOR issues related to her feet and having her nails cut. I took her to several groomers who were unable to get the job done without a lot of anxiety for Molly. Dr. Morgan, Chris and Erika have worked with Molly over the months and she has made great progress with their care and patience. Also Dr. Morgan has been working with us to figure out why Molly had constant ear infections. I am almost afraid to put it in writing but with a "never give up spirit" Dr. Morgan got the right plan in place! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Morgan, the vet techs and the front desk staff. The staff just seems happy to be there and enjoy their work. It took us a while to find the right vet for Molly but in November we did! Can't imagine having anyone else care for Molly.

Cape Fear is a great place to take your pets. I just moved into town and visited another facility in Fayetteville but Cape Fear was recommended and the prices are fair, the staff is helpful, friendly and the docs care. They take the time needed and are still prompt and on time. There was an emergency when we were there (I have 2 dogs) for routine vaccinations and a checkup and they ensured we knew what was going on but was still seen pretty much on time. I think we were seen within 5 minutes of our appointment...with an emergency! It was great. They even took back the dogs to weigh them and do the quick check-in while we waited to help expedite it when the room did open up. The prices shocked me...b/c they were such a great deal. I usually walk away with a $200+ bill and this time, just over $100 for yearly vaccinations (rabies, distemper) and a physical plus some ear cleaner for my older dog. For two dogs, one with chronic skin issues, that is great! And, I have an older pitty and they were great to her! Will be back in October for my little one's teeth cleaning and back again for my pitty's senior check up in January!

My husband and I have been coming to this awesome facility since we were first married back in 1978. We immediately fell in love with Dr. Krepp and when he retired a few years back, were very sad when he left. Now we have a new family we're learned to trust, Dr. Jonas and Dr. Garringer. They have worked together to perform miracles with many of our pets. Most recently, they helped give our kitty Bobby Angel a new life from having a blocked urethra. All of these very capable Doctors and their staff work together to bring quality care for our beloved pets. I highly recommend this trustworthy Animal Hospital for all of your pets and their needs. They are like family.
