We recently adopted a puppy from a local shelter, and right away took her in to get vaccinated and do a basic health check. They answered right away when I called, and set up an appointment for a couple days later. They were very busy when we came in, so there was a short wait, but nothing terrible. The counter staff were VERY polite, and so were the vet and vet techs! We signed our pup up for the wellness plan, which is a really great deal and makes taking care of your pet very affordable. So glad we found this place thanks to these awesome reviews! As a bonus, they're also open very late! Our puppy was spayed at Highland, and while the staff there was very nice as well, it was pricey. I ended up paying $60 upon picking my puppy up for a fecal test, wormer, and advantix! I'd strongly recommend Crosscreek if you're looking for great care at an affordable price!

The staff at Cross Creek is top notch. We have a terrier and he doesn't mind going in at all. He's very social and the people at the hospital are friendly with him. He doesn't even try and act up when he's there.

I recommend CCAH to anyone, as I have been taking my pets there for the past 13 years and am extremely satisfied. I really appreciate everyone there - the vets, technicians, reception staff, and the groomers. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and helpful, and they really care about the animals. My pets have always received excellent care at CCAH; being retired military, I've had numerous experiences with vet clinics all over the country and honestly don't believe there is a better animal clinic anywhere else. When I've had to have pets euthanized, everyone involved was so kind and compassionate. I love CCAH!!

The folks at Cross Creek really enjoy what they're doing and it shows. They like animals and I can tell they really love the pets you bring in.

I moved to the area about 1 year ago and as soon I got here one of my cats become sick. I actually went to two different clinics before someone in my unit said to go to Cross Creek. They all so did not know what was wrong but they were the first ones to offer me a referral up to NC State. Sadly my cat passed before I was able to get him to NC State. I have transferred all of my animals to Cross Creek because Dr. Poole was so honest with me. I would recommend this to clinic to everyone, the doctors and staff are great.
