I have been taking my oldest cat there for the past 8 years. When I adopted him from the animal shelter, he was sent there to be fixed. I have always loved their service. When I was growing up, I even took my pets to a Highland Animal Hospital there in Augusta, Ga. and always got great service there for my pets too. Sometimes I wish that they would have at least limited hours for Saturday because I can't always take off from work to get my kitties there for their rabies shots and checkups during the week.

I had to take my dog recently here, and I have to say, I am not sure what everyone else is talking about. My wife and I had great service, and I appreciate them working with me on the cost and the repayment process. They are a great animal hospital and the customer service was awesome. They actually sat down with me when I came in and went over paperwork. I love this place and will return.

By far the best vet office I have ever been to, my dog was hit by a car and the veterinarian met me there and was very nice and patient. They treat my dogs like they are their own and are affordable as well.

After going to animal hosp. of fay and animal urgent care and not being able to figure out why my dog was having seizures, no appetite, and severely dehydrated i came here. Dr. Bostic is wonderful at what he does, he was able to diagnose my pit who had a ruptured gallbladder within minutes. He discussed surgery that was going to cost almost $2000 with a 50/50 chance that he would make it or put him down. After being sick for almost a week my dog was not strong enough to undergo surgery. I felt that they were not all about the money and were not rushing me into it. Their staff is amazing and very caring. I did not feel rushed with the process of putting him down and they were very supportive through it all. I will be be switching my other dog here. I highly recommend them.

I dislike this place with a total passion. First of all, when you are a new comer there, there is NO sign that says "Please Sign In." HINT EMPLOYEES. Then when you do sign in, the receptionist ladies are either rude, or taking personal phone calls on their cell phones while talking to you. I thought that was very unprofessional. And the major thing that got me ticked off was that I adopted a dog from the pound, and they sent him to Highland to get him neutered. They put staples instead of stitches. I thought that was oddly strange.They fell off him today, so we took him ASAP to the hospital. The vet says that they take Emergency cases as soon as you walk in (did not happen.) We waited 30 mins til we got seen. Then the doctor who neutered him said he stopped doing staples because they aren't useful as stitches.. HELLO?! Why-t-f are you going to make my baby going to surgery again for your screw ups? I will never go here again.
