i was sent to Dr. Brown because my english bulldog had a heart defect and with Dr. Dale Brown was in cardiology in Fayetteville we made a appointment with the hospital and i will be honest i didn't want to go change is hard for me,but for Z i went.This is the best thing to happen for Z and me.Dr. Dale Brown is the very best a kind person that love his work i really don't think he is in for the money this Doctor really cares and love Z.We have to take Z to NC Vet Hospital today for his surgery today and every day Dr. Dale Brown has check on him send a hug and prayer for him,this place is great.SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A VET FOR YOUR LOVING PETS PLEASE GIVE NORTHGATE ON RAMSEY TRY AND I PROMISE YOU LOVE THEM TOO.THANK YOU DR.DALE BROWN AND STAFF YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! We have been taking our pets to Dr. Dale at Northgate since we arrived in Fayetteville in October of 2011. Although the office could use an updated look, I love Dr. Dale! He is honest and compassionate when it comes to caring for our pets. We have unfortunately had two very ill cats over the last few years and he has been more than helpful. When our very sick cat, Peyton, was taken there almost immediately upon our arrival here and needed treatment, Dr. Dale allowed him to spend the night at no charge because I was unable to get to the office before the close of business. Since we got a puppy in the beginning of the year he saw her for a physical and first shots. Any follow-up vaccinations were done free of office visit fees. We have even boarded our very anxious and fearful pup there and she was in very good spirits. I couldn't ask for a better, more down to earth veterinarian. As long as we are in the Fayetteville area I will continue to take my pets to Dr. Dale for all of their medical needs and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I come across that needs a veterinarian. He makes the drive from Fort Bragg to Ramsey Street a worth while trip!

I have been going to North-gate for 6 years it has steadily declined in their customer service in the past two. They are increasingly late with things and tend to lean more towards making money as opposed to what is best for your animal. In my opinion they are slightly higher than their competitors which is OK, if they offered any-kind of customer service whatsoever. For example today when I went to drop off my dog, I was told to have a seat and someone would be out to get my dog back after 15 minutes of waiting and watching the clerks at the desk I asked if anyone was coming because I needed to get to work. Then a lady came in with a small doberman that had a total of $450.00 cosmetic operation and someone immediately came back to get it while I continued to wait for another 15 mins. After that and watching people come and go and me being the only one in the office I just got up and left. Overall I think the vets that work there are pretty good, the overall goal of this organization is to make as much money as possible, and they seem to only care about you if you are paying big $$$ for something. If you don't believe me, just go in and ask if you can get the Vet tech to get off her personal phone call to talk to you. You have been warned, there are better offices in town.

This is hands down the best animal hospital I have ever visited. My chihuahua needed a surgery and they were affordable, friendly and there for us every step of the way. We absolutely adore Dr. Dale and we could not be happier with every single vet visit from normal check ups to the surgery.

I like Northgate-They take great care of my Husky and are always friendly and quick with appointments. I think its sad that the person gave such bad review because they didn't get a job there. I bet their glad they didn't hire you.
