We love Dr. Miller and his staff! Dr. Miller diagnosed my older dog with hypothyroidism three years ago, after two other vets had missed her symptoms. Her treatment really helped! They helped us take care of her through her cancer treatment and were so compassionate when we finally had to put her down. We have since adopted two other dogs and Rim Road Animal Hospital treats them too. Dr. Miller and his staff are caring, patient and love animals. I honestly think that negative reviewer wrote the wrong vet by mistake because we have had nothing but the best service, and good prices as well.

Very knowledgeable and friendly doctor, my 6 month old boxer loves coming in for visits. Plus the Dr. is a Washington State University alum! I Know my little guy is in great hands. GO COUGS!

This vet strongly opposed me getting my pet medication from an online (accreditted) veterinary pharmacy. When I wrote a letter to complain about the rude treatment of the staff I was answered with a return letter dumping me as a patient. I am 9 months pregnant with my third child and have a deployed husband (they are aware of this as I have been in there multiple times recently) and my dog is on regular seizure medication so they have given me less than two weeks to find a new vet before my dog runs out. I have NEVER had such rude inconsiderate service from a vet.
