Dr. Frazier is one in a million. He cares for your animals as much as you do. His office staff are top notch and knowledgeable. Would not take my furbabies to anyone else!

I worked here for a short amount of time. I left because of the outdated practices used there. I've worked for many other doctors, this one is the worst I have ever seen. If you really care for your animal take it somewhere else.

Landmark is the best in town. Dr. F knows we do not have money trees in our yards as some vets in town think and looks for ways to do it for less. He is by far one of the best. However, when he took on Abby Taylor, he made the right decision. Her compassion and understanding is beyone any vet I have ever worked with. The staff loves her and the office hums when she is there. I recently lost my best dog ever and the atmosphere they provided us in which to say goodby will be part of our wonderful memory of Sam the Magnificent. I can honestly say this is the finest vet facility in town and you are foolish to go anywhere else.

I called this vet an hour before they closed for an emergency because my new 6 wk old puppies had bloody stool and i was very concerned; the receptionist said they didn't close for another hour so i headed there. when i arrived the receptionist did not greet us for several minutes even though the waiting room was empty and seemed annoyed we were there. she finally told me they didn't take pets the last half hour and had to check with the vet if he could see them and rudely told me next time to ask that. i was rushed in the exam room, the vet never once introduced himself (i only found out his name on the bill), he asked what wormer i had used and told me to throw it away it wasn't going to help (rudely, again) i told him i didn't have a lot of money that day so i just wanted to test for worms, he kept trying to get me to run all sorts of others tests which i repeatedly politely declined to which he nearly rolled his eyes at. he never addressed the pups by name nor asked their names and seemed highly irritated by every question i asked. when he took their stool samples he had no concern for the fact that they were very sick very young scared pups at their 1st vet visit, he just stuck it in and pulled in out and walked out. the overall feeling i got was that he disapproved of me not having the money for all the tests that day. the overall feeling of the office was hurried and rude, all staff seemed annoyed except for a nice older lady. as someone who was very concerned for my poor little 2.5 lb pups (they were losing weight fast) and a bit frantic, i was not impressed; i left feeling worse than when i went in and i expect a bit more professionalism, "bedside-manner", and friendliness when I'm having an emergency. i will not be returning to this vet, countryside in Wilson offers an amazing difference in the staff and environment.
