Ancillary staff (front desk, vet techs) are EXCELLENT here. Couldn't ask for kinder, more devoted people. Beware of the vets! I brought my animals here for 3 years and we got great care, but would never step foot in there again after my last few visits. My kitty was declawed and they BUTCHERED his paws and GLUED them closed so poorly I had to take him to another vet to get the glue soaked off. The other vet informed me his paws would never heal with the way they were closed. I went back to discuss with the vet and she informed me my cat was too old and big to have been declawed in the first place (I was never informed of this pre-procedure) and never took responsibility.

We've been taking our cat and dog to this location for about 6 years and we love it. Dr Baker is AWESOME! She's taken care of my dog Frank since he was 8 weeks old. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

I have a small Chawinne that developed a case of cherry eye (being my first dog) I was uncertain of my amateur diagnosis. I brought her to Banfield on Lawndale to have a professional take a look. The two women at the front desk, Madison and Lucky, eased my concerns and made the experience a little less dreary. Over all even with my baby being sick it was a great visit with helpful information.

I have all of my pets at this location and I absolute love this place. They are so understanding, and they really help "dumb it down" for me to completely understand what is wrong with my pet.

I've never had a bad experience here. I am a student do I rarely have time to bring my collie in for an appointment, but I can bring him in early and drop him off for the day. He is always well taken care of and extremely happy when I come to pick him up. The few times I have had an appointment with a vet, they have been very professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Banfield.
