I started bringing my dogs (a labrador retriever and a poodle mix) here in 2012 when I first moved to Greensboro because they were across the street from my apartment complex. My every experience with these people have been wonderful and they have taken excellent care of my two pups. Even now that I no longer live in Greensboro, I am happy to make the 40 minute drive for my "babies" care. I feel safe boarding my dogs at their facility when needed. They truly care about their furry patients, and are always happy to answer any questions I have
Whenever we have gone here, the staff has always been very helpful and courteous. Their Saturday hours are especially helpful. They have always displayed warm affection to the kids and our kids in turn love them.
I just got home from the vet, taking my cat for the first time there, and was surprised to find that the previous reviewer must have been there while I was there. I find it hard to believe that her experience was so different from mine. Dr. Jones was thorough, informative and I found the staff friendly and helpful. While my cat was in for routine ear mite treatment, not an emergency, he and I both were well treated. Dr. Jones took the time to talk to me about all the options for treatment & to chat with me about general "cat stuff". When I asked about a better flea product than Front Line (which no longer seems to work), he offered (but did not push) the product they sell, which, by the way, is cheaper than Front Line and will take care of ear mites as well. So, I have no complaints, and you have to realize that while it sounds as though they are pushing products, that's a very big part of their business revenue. I'm sure they would not push products that are unwarranted. Cats prone to blocked urethras do, indeed, need special diets. I give them all the stars. Some months later: after two semi-emergency visits after my cat was attacked by a feral cat and got serious abscesses, my opinion of Friendly has only solidified. They are always informative, take great care of my cat and always take the time to make sure I'm informed about aftercare, etc. The staff is always great, and I can't imagine taking a pet anywhere else for treatment. I've gotten worse treatment and less information from "people doctors"!
We have been taking our many pets to Friendly Animal Clinic for almost 20 years and have never had a negative experience. The doctors and staff are so friendly and compassionate. We moved across town 14 years ago and have several vets closer to our house. None can compare though. Friendly Animal Clinic is worth the drive. We'll never switch!
Great staff who is always willing to go the extra mile for you and your pet.
