Dr. Courtney and Staff are GREAT to my dogs. I have a 60lb, 1+ year old lab mix with TONS of energy and enthusiasm that at times I think only I can love; as well as a 3 yr old 17lb corgie mix that will melt your heart...both dogs love going to see Dr. Courtney and the amazing staff that works there!!! Boognish had a fractured tooth removed today, was not feeling awesome when he left and Dr. Courtney called after office hours to make sure that his tummy was feeling better. They are so helpful, loving, and great with my animals...I feel safe knowing that when I take them there, they have my pets best interest's at heart and will do everything that they are capable of to make sure that the dogs have the least stressful experience possible!!!! This is not the first time that I have used North Elm, Dr. Courtney has been Tesla's Vet since I got her a little over a year ago, and Boognish has been going there since he joined the scene too. As long as I/she are in Greensboro, Dr. Courtney will remain my Veterinarian. I am not sure how they compare price wise to other animal hospitals in Greensboro, but I do know that I get every pennies worth from these fine folks!!!! Highly recommend. We have brought our dogs and cat here for about 15 years. (We followed Dr. Sims from her previous practice.) The docs and the staff are all wonderful: caring, compassionate, and skilled. We have also boarded our dog here many times, and she always loves to go there, so they must be treating her right.

I was very overwhelmed when I called North Elm Animal Hospital in the hopes of getting a last minute appointment for a very sick dog. Not only was the staff at the front desk completely sympathetic when I was emotional over the health of my dog, but our vet was awesome. Dr. Courtney explained every step of the diagnosis process, and made an effort to help me avoid costly procedures that were not 100% necessary. She also called to check on my dog the next day. I really appreciated how both my dog and I were treated, and it was reasonably priced. I will only be taking my pets to North Elm Animal Hospital in the future, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Wonderful! I love this vet. They take the time to answer all questions and give your pet individual attention. They are very welcoming. It feels like going to vist a friend rather than the vet!
