I will never take another animal or suggest this place to anyone!!!!! Tuesday night I took my blue heeler to have her seen. When I got home from work I noticed that she just wasn't herself, laying around, wouldn't play with the children or our other dogs, she started to vomit and fell over like she was drunk. I jumped up, put her in the car and took her to this clinic. I filled out a new patient paper with symptoms and they were quick to take my money before she was even seen. I sat there forever and no-one even acknowledged that we were there after receiving what they wanted. The longer I sat the I became frustrated. I walked up and asked the lady when will my baby be seen and she said they would be with me soon. Really! I have been here this long and soon! The young lady at the front desk said she seemed ok maybe she just got to hot. I asked for my money back and left. On Wednesday I was able to get my puppy to our regular vet only to be diagnosed with PARVO! I told my regular vet about the After Hours Emergency Vet and what we went through. She said that if they would have seen her and we could have started treatment sooner my puppy could have a better chance of survival. So now, we are doing everything we can to make my puppy comfortable and get through this. We are holding on to hope and prayers at this point. I have to take her back to the vet today for more fluids. I have been told that if we do not start seeing some improvements with in the next 24 hours that we will have to discuss other options.

This after hours clinic is useless when it comes to getting help over the phone. I simply called to ask a question about my dog and his cough, and the woman I talked to wouldn't give me any answers. She said I had to bring him in. I have taken my pets to this place before, and they are very good at giving immediate care, but when I left it felt like I had made a mortgage payment. Why is it when you ignore your dog's health you go to jail, but when you want to help them to stay healthy it costs you all of your month's pay? Plus I have to deal with rude the receptionist over the phone, who refuses to give me any help unless I bring in my dog. I know good and well she could have told me something, but she refused, because I should have to bring in my dog and pay a fortune and wait all day to find out what is wrong. I tell you what is wrong; you are all in it for the money. You don't care about these animals, you just want your stinking money.

I was misled by this place and now my dog is suffering due to their lack of being interested in the owners concerns and more interested in getting money. My family has been devastated by the actions of this place and their staff. I only wanted what was best for my dog, they only wanted what was best for them. I also felt like I made a mortgage payment when picking up my suffering animal. They continously kept finding words to make me believe my dog would be ok, and finding reasons to keep him there longer. If your willing to pay $250.00 a day for someone to change your dogs bandage and give him a pain shot, then this is the place for you!

New years day and my cat was very sick. Brought cat to this hospital and was ver pleased with the care we received. The staff and vet tech were very concerned and gave my cat the best care possible. I would definitely use this facility after hours if needed.

I will find another after hours vet!!! My poor puppy had to sit there sick forever when there was no one else even in the waiting room because they wanted to know how much I wanted to spend to get my dog better. What the heck??? Would I be there if I didnt want my dog better? I simply wanted to know what was wrong with the dog. The receptionist was very rude. Not friendly at all. At my local vet, they love my animals.. you can tell by the way they get them in and tell you whats wrong immediatly, and how they react with them.Also, what they can do to help, and THEN how much it will cost. Just at least look at the animal and tell you whats wrong..... then go from there and see if you can afford the bill. My puppy could have died waiting on all that! Do they care about the animals??? The veterinarian was very nice, that was about it. What they said was wrong with my puppy ended up not being what was wrong with him. Thank God my dog is better now. But I want an emergency vet that dont cost an arm and a leg... and cares about my animal, and dont act like Im a criminal when I walk in the door. The bill should come atleast after you know what is wrong with your pet... then decide what you can afford. Never again!!! Ive been to many other places... paid many bills. I will never go through that again. My puppies deserve the best, this is not it!
