I have never in my life been more upset about trying to make an apt My dog had been throwing up and called and they said the earliest they could see her was 5 pm which is fine but then she said something about refering me to emergency services and I asked if it were something I should be worried about meaning should she be seen as soon as possable and the woman was a smartelick with me and would not shut her trap long enough for me to say one word and I have never been more insulted for just being worried about my dog!! I will never go there or recomend them again they need to train their people on how to be nice to someone when they are worried about their dog!

I have worked in rescue for 15 yrs. Some people that found a stray took him to Banfield yesterday and ended up with a $475.00 vet bill for COMPLETELY non emergent things. As a rescuer that deals with veterinarians regularly this is an outrageous bill !!! While each Banfield is individual, as a company they are widely known to add test and procedures that may not have been necessary or could be handled in a less expensive way. I am self employed and absolutely understand the need to run a profitable business, but in my many years volunteering in rescue I have repeatedly been told about many dealings with Banfield that ended up this way.
