Dr Bilhorn is AWESOME -- I almost stopped coming here- esp when one dr was so cold and not empathetic when I was losing and lost my first.(she told me 'what do you expect, she's 12 and they don't live past 12"). Dr. Bilhorn came into the picture amidst losing her and his extra caring ways and his willingness to explain everything to me until I understood it esp all the test results from the emergency vet - (in my case, I had tons of questions and was a disaster for months! ) - He now is super patient with me as I call to ask various questions about my 2nd (the little brother) who is now 16. We definitely need more Doctors and Vets in the world as caring as Dr. Bilhorn!!

I have taken my dogs here for years, and they take wonderful care of my babies.

I have been boarding my little dog here. He is an ex-stray, and is very hard to manage. He has many behavior issues. The staff at VAH is very kind, loving, and patient with him. I always feel very comfortable leaving him there.

Because of them my animal is dying. If i could sue them I would.
