I wouldn't take my kitties anywhere else. They answer all my questions. They take amazing care of my girls. My kitties aren't terrified to come to the office cause it is a cat only vet. The employees are so nice and wonderful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a cat. I can not say enough positive things about them. They really care here.

This is the only vet I will take my cats to. I have received nothing but the most caring, compassionate care for my kitties. Dr. Smith always takes the time to explain everything she is doing, and patiently answers all my questions. I never feel rushed or that my cats are getting anything less than the best care. I have never found the staff to be anything but polite and friendly. Do not let the first poor review on this clinic deter you from taking your cat here - veterinarians are not God, and unexplained deaths can occur. I had to put my poor cat down 9 months ago, and I could tell that Dr. Smith shared my heartache at the hard decision I had to make. Out of the many vets I have taken pets to over the years, Coastal Cat Clinic is by far the very best! Dr. Smith keeps up with all current treatments/vaccinations/procedures, in order to give her patients the best care possible with the least amount of stress. As long as I own cats, they will always receive their care from Dr. Smith!

We brought our kitty to the Vet Clinic to check out a bump over her eye. Dr. Smith suggested to cut it open while under anesthesia and we should return a few hours later to pick kitty up. A few hours later she called, informing us that kitty died, never awoke again from her sleep. We were devastated, it was so unexpected ... a young cat, so happy and full of life .... we didn't even say "good bye" to her since it seemed such a simple little procedure .... The office apologized, and still charged us for "their services" ... Unbelievable, what a place ! First, so excited to see someone who only takes care of cats, now, we feel different about this clinic, cannot trust them and for sure will not go there again. BEWARE: shots/vaccinations might be ok, but the rest ? No surgeries at this place, that's for sure :(

I took my sweet Kitty to get spayed, declawed, and get all of her shots and tests. I felt so comfortable with them because they really care! Leaving her overnight would normally be so nerve-racking, but I know that they treat our cats like their own. This is definitely the place to bring your cat! Also, I LOVE that they declaw using a laser! So much more effective and so much safer! My cat's safety and comfort is my top priority!

My Momma cat became sick within the last 24 hours and she just gave birth a week and a half ago. New to the area, I did not know where to take her. And although very concerned for her health and well being, this military family of 5 is just keeping their head above water. After a few calls, surfing the net, and reading some reviews, I fortunately came across Coastal Cat Clinic. I was so pleased that they were able to see me at such short notice. They were extremely friendly, compationate, gental, and understanding. Not only was it easily accessible off of Gum Branch, but it was very clean, no offensive order, and like I said before the staff was extremely friendly, as well as informative. They listened to my concerns as well as allowed me to ask them questions. And at no time did I feel like I was rushed out the door or that my momma cat Pearl was man handled. It was also the most inexpensive facility I have been to in a long time. I have never taken the time to write a review about anything like this before, but I felt that this facility warrented it.
