I took my beloved cat Wallace into here on 12/21/14 (a Sunday), knowing that he was very sick. I called, made sure someone was going to be there. they immediately examined him, gave him IVs, fluids, the works. They said how it will be pretty pricey, which I understood but I didn't have much money to my name. The veterinarian on call worked with me on price, charged way lower then she should have. I am forever grateful because she saved my cats life. I will recommend anyone to come here with their furbabies, they will be in great hands. THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

The operator that took my information was nice and polite, but I am less than satisfied with my phone conversation with the veterinarian. My dog has been in labor for quite some time and I was starting to get concerned, so I call them to get peace of mind or any information on what I can do for my dog. The veterinarian on call was rude, she talked over me most of the conversation, and wouldn't listen to all of my concerns. Granted, I know it was not an "immediate emergency" situation, but when my normal veterinary office is closed and my dog seems to be having a hard time with labor, I would like someone to give me some sort of helpful information. I am very displeased and will not be using them again for any pet emergencies.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I called on Sunday because our new 5 week old puppies were throwing up worms!!! After hearing the visit fee of $93 and Diagnostic Fee of $40 and dewormer meds of $30 I was a little freaked out over how much both pupps were costing us. I had sent in samples (gross) of the worms that came out of one of them and called to negotiate treatment options. Kristy was awesome at the desk. Compassionate and empathetic. She reviewed with Vet on staff and agreed to treat pupps and deworm them. The bill for both was only $118. All I can say is WOW! I read the reviews and as my hubby left to take them I became a little nervous not knowing what the outcome would be. I am very satisfied with our experience and would recommend them. Thanks again Coastal Vet Team!!! I truly appreciate your professionalism, warmth and compassion!!!

Twice we've had to rush dogs here and Dr. Paley is a great vet! Extemely caring. She pulled our dog through, when we thought we'd lost him for sure.

A grieving friend needed help with her pet and I called this clinic 7 HOURS ago. While the phone receptionist was considerate and took my phone number, i have not had a return phone call. Even if they could not have helped, they should have called to indicate so. In your time of need, will they be there for you? Who knows.
