I've been in North Carolina for a little over a year - this office has taken great care of my Pomeranian. They were also extremely warm and supportive when we had to put my 14 year old Sheltie to sleep last February. And, I just brought my Papillion-Yorkie mix puppy for her first vet visit. I've found the staff to be very friendly and professional, and I feel lucky to have found a great vet so close to my new home!

The front attendant Trish has the nastiest attitude that I have ever seen in a "professional" environment. They gave my pet the worst hair cut (even I could have done better). I finally decided enough was enough and started giving the Greensboro Banfield Pet hospital my business.

I moved here over a year ago and was a little nervous about finding a new vet for my dog. I was happy with James Landing at my first visit. The staff were friendly and the facility was extremely clean. The vet I saw was very nice and gentle with my dog who gets very frightened in such situations. I have also boarded my dog there a few times, as well as had him groomed and have always had a great experience with each. I also enjoy the Pet Portal, which is an online system where I can reserve boarding and grooming, as well as keep track of my dogs visits and medications. Overall, I'm very satisfied with James Landing Veterinary Hospital and would recommend it to others.

I was hesitant to write this review, as I have mixed feelings about James Landing Veterinary Hospital. I've taken my pets there for quite a few years... maybe 8(?) years, Dr. Nabel is a straightforward - no frills individual who rarely smiles. This doesn't mean that he's not a nice person... Maybe, he's a person who doesn't smile much? Trish... Well, I like her... maybe because she's been there the longest and I'm most familiar with her... The rest of the staff, I'm not familiar with... Most of them seem to be an extension of Dr. Nabel -- straightforward and bland on people skills. Nevertheless, they all seem to care about the health of the animals, and I guess that's all that matters... I can't change people's personalities... I can only consider leaving... and I haven't done that just yet. What made a huge difference to me was the other day... I took my pet for a vet visit. I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Vofek, who has a positively electrifying and contagious personality! He is personable and explains everything in detail, adding in examples. He took the time to answer all my questions with great energy and care. I LOVE HIM! If I could see him at each visit, I would be completely happy with James Landing... Well, that's my take...

We are new to the area and was concerned in finding a new Vet for our fur babies. We called and was able to land an appointment in the same week which was amazing. The office is so clean, The Staff is so friendly. The Care they provided and price was amazing. Like I said I have been there once, but it was amazing and we plan on making James Landing out New Vet.
