The staff at the Central Spay Neuter and Wellness Clinic take care of your pet as if it's their own. My little puppy, Lucy, was in such good hands, the surgery was same-day, and they took great care in making sure the incision stays small and is stitched up well. They are much cheaper than the other vets/clinics I checked into in the area. Lucy was quickly back to her normal self within a day of being treated at the clinic.
Highly recommend - We chose them at first for our dog and a male cat, mostly because of being affordable. It was hard for us emotionally, but everyone in the clinic was so nice and carrying, making sure we follow the procedure. They do really care and you can feel it. When we later ended up adopting another 3 sibling kittens from a neighbor that was moving, we took them to the same place as early as possible. They were right about fixing them early, as two days after, all 3 of them were playing and goofing around, like nothing happened! Forsyth Spay Neuter Clinic really provides excellent care for animals. Thank you!
When I got my 4 month old puppy, I knew I had to have him neutered so I began a search. I called several local vets to find that it would cost at least $130 for neuter + rabies. At the Forsyth Spay Neuter clinic, I was able to have my puppy neutered and given vaccinations for rabies and bordatella + I got a prescription for heartworm preventative all for $95! They were very friendly and answered all of my questions and gave a printed handout of how to care for him after his surgery. They were nice to my puppy. When I picked him up, he was clean and medicated so that he wasn't in pain. My pup is a shepherd, so he can't have a heartworm med with Ivermectin in it- and that's what they sell. So, they gave me a script to get filled online or at another vet's office. They only spay and neuter- but will provide necessary vaccines when the animal is there for surgery. If I ever need to have another pet spayed or neutered, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
I took my little boy kitty here and highly recommend them. He seemed to still be in pain the next day, and I was worried about the appearance of the wound. The vet took the time to do a recheck of my kitty and seemed to do a throughout exam, including taking a temperature to make sure he was not having a fever. The exam/ recheck is free, and I was able to get pain meds from them for $5. They seemed very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Upon the recheck the vet took the time to educate me on the procedure and answer all of my ?'s. They typically do not stitch boy kitty's after the neuter. Kitty wounds heal remarkably fast, and leaving the neuter site unstitched allows for necessary drainage. The only complaint I have is that they do not provide more services beyond vaccines and spay/neuter. I think kitty may have ear mites, but diagnosis/treatment of ailments outside of general vaccines/spay/neuter is not something they do. It is a top notch place to get kitty spayed or neutered. Clean facility, smart, compassionate friendly, and professional staff.
Great place for inexpensive shots and vaccines.... Very nice staff. Took my three cats today for shots.. In and out in a jifffy.. Would recommend to anyone.. So go take your animals and get them their shots and most of all spay and neuter them.. to cut down on the population of unwanted animals...Thank you...
