QUICK friendly Service. I was referred here by my vet to see Dr Vernon to repair my dog's leg. I was checked in, seen by Dr Vernon, and left before my scheduled appointment time. That in itself should get 5 stars. But then, while my dog was being seen by Dr Vernon, he was able to diagnose a torn cruicate ligament just by feeling my dog's leg! He said he didn't need an xray or mri to know what was wrong. That's talent right there folks. I scheduled my dog's surgery for 4 days later. The staff and Dr Vernon were friendly and professional. I see folks left some bad reviews. To them I say: If you want red carpet service, go to a car dealership. If you want your pet fixed, take them to Kernersville Vet Hospital.

Rude and inconsiderate staff. The doctors seem competent enough but, the lack of any professional conduct by the assistants leaves me fearing for my pets safety when they are taken out of sight. I used to use this vet because they are close, but I will gladly drive farther to receive better quality care.
