I took our cat there for a re-check. I called my wife at work upset because of the cost and some other things that I was being told my Dr Mcginnis. Such as, a nose scope that would be $600.00 and cancer and all sorts of bad things. She even asked me how quick I could come up with the money. I was very upset. I called my wife at work and she could not understand what I was saying and we got disconnected. When she could not get me back on the phone She called the office and spoke with a staff member that she knows pretty well and is comfortable speaking to. She said a cuss word on the phone with this person and Dr McGinnis over heard it. Dr. Mcginnis lost it! Told my wife to get my cat and get out. I was no longer welcomed. The word used was in general conversation and not used toward anyone in particular. She then came to the exam room where I was, and told me that I was being fired as a client. I was asked to leave with my sick cat that we were no longer welcomed. I was also reminded to make sure I paid the bill on the way out. I did not say anything negative. We were there for a re-check because my cat was not getting better. I took her to another vet. I was then told that the injection given the week before by Dr. Mcginnis would not treat what my cat had. She had a severe upper respiratory infection. We have been going to Triad and Dr. Mcginnis for years and have spent thousand of dollars. The word my wife used over the phone was not appropriate. Dr. Mcginnis's reaction to a word was insane. Also I was her client and my wife was not even there. But now I am sort of glad it happened. My pet is now getting better with the care of the new vet.

They have been great with our dogs. Dogs are even happy and healthy after we board them here.
