Never again just dont do it to your pet please

I took my dog in to have his ears checked. After a very quick exam and reviewing his previous vet records they came back and recommended a page long list of things he "needed", most of which he already had. Then after a $200 bill, we had to come back 3 days later when his ears got worse, only to be recommended all new treatments with a nominal $500.00 price tag. The one genuine person they had working there told us in sworn secrecy that two of the meds they were recommending could be bought at any walmart for a fraction of their cost. This place is way to Corporate as can be seen by the fact that every product they recommend is covered in their logo. I feel that this vet was only out to make money and could care less about my pet

I took my dog here because it was closer than my regular Banfield and was totally appalled. When I came in to wait I noticed that there was huge dog poop on the floor right in front of their check-in desk. Now this is understandable when you have dogs in your stores - however, I told the Banfield attendant about the mess and then watched them wait 30 minutes before cleaning it up. How unsanitary!!
