Everyone at Caring Hearts is very nice and obviously loves animals. I took my two cats for shots and checkups, and I definitely trust them with my cats. I will not, however, be back to them. My cats received distemper shots. They gave each cat a shot during the original checkup, and they told me to come back in three weeks for the booster. At my first appointment, I specifically asked if there would be a charge for the booster or if it was included in the costs of that day. She told me that the follow-up shot would be included, so there would be no cost for the booster. When I showed up for the booster, they charged me an additional $55. Had I known there would be an additional charge, I would have taken them elsewhere for the booster. If anyone is interested in costs, here is what I paid on my first visit per cat: -$40.50 yearly physical exam -$23.00 distemper vaccine -$8.00 blood sample fee -$102.75 feline wellness profile outdoor (My cats are strictly indoor.) -$4.50 medical waste -$28.50 yearly deworming

The level of compassion & knowledge ALWAYS exhibited by Dr. White is TRULY second to none. Our pets are, dearly, just as valuable to my wife & I as ANY human would/could be; that being said, I would leave my "kids" in the care of Dr. White and staff "in a NY minute" if I was advised to do so, if needed. Dr. White has gone well above the highest expectations I insist on for our family, over the 10 years we have been associated with Caring Hearts for our "kids" medical care. I hold this, Dr., Lady, Saint, Fantastic Person, etc.... in VERY high esteem (can you tell???)

Dr. White is simply the best! We have received nothing but excellent care and service and have been using her for years.

The whole crew at Caring Hearts is TOPS! From the person who answers the phone, the vet techs, the groomer to Dr. White-- all live up to the name Caring Hearts. Even when they are busy they take time to listen and patiently answer questions. I have been going there since they opened and have had 4 dogs and 3 cats under their care. It is the right combination of expert knowledge and true concern for the well being of my animal family.

(Buyer Beware) Very nice staff, attractive environment. Everything seems relaxed, all most like a home setting. Well done! However, do not use their grooming services. Cuts are very uneven and not what you asked for. Little attention to detail leaves you wanting. Worst cut my dog has ever had, and to think I paid for it. Yes, the cut was explained, and no it did not come out. It truly should have an easy in and easy out. I am not that a demanding person. But fair is fair, something may have been lost in translation or that is just the quality of the person who grooms method. The truth is somewhere in between.
