Dr. Jones and his staff saved my dog's life. There is no two ways about it! When I brought my dog in he was very sick. Dr. Jones diagnosed him and had a treatment plan in place the same day. Unfortunately, the cost of care to get him to himself again was well over what I could afford (over $3,000).So we set a limit as to how much we could pay for care. Once we reached the limit, Dr. Jones and his staff covered what they could, gave discounts, didn't even charge for the boarding and hospital stay and one staff person even donated $100. They worried over him, gave him attention every day, prayed for him at night, rushed in to work the next day to care for him. I know, without a doubt, without the staff and Dr. Jones my dog wouldn't have made it. He is now home with me and doing better than ever! He will always have medical problems now, but I will not bring him to ANY other vet! He actually ENJOYS going back to see the staff at Mercy Animal Hospital!

Dr. Jones and his staff are AMAZING! They're all super friendly and helpful. Their prices were MUCH lower than what I've experienced in the past, and they clearly care about what they do. I brought in a pretty sick dog, and they were really good at making her feel comfortable and informing me about her treatment options. Highly recommended.

I Love Dr Jones!!! He is AMAZING!!! I wouldn't take my animals any place else!!! I drive an extra 45mins just to see him & his staff!! I don't care what anyone says about his prices! They are great, I think! & prices are listed on their web page to give you an idea! I have spent ALOT MORE at other Animal Hospitals with sad results! They treat you like family!! & if you cry, they get teary eyed too! They love what they do & it shows!!

People that are complaining about this place being for profit are just idiots. Of course it's for profit. He's a doctor with a new building and large staff. They all have to make money. This is not a free or discount clinic. The prices are the lowest in the area. The attention and care you get are second to none. However the wait times are HORRENDOUS. I've been here a few times for routine things and each visit has been no less than an hour and a half. They have to fix this if they want to keep customers. It's hard enough to make time to get to the vet but having to clear a few hours for the visit is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. If you have the time to hang out at the office for a few hours each visit than this is your place. If you don't, I suggest you pay a little more for an office that does the job in a more concise manor. There are plenty of great ones around town.

I had this vet for 10 years before we moved to CT this year. I will truly miss them and the care they gave our six dogs. I recommend them highly.
