Banfield Morrisville is awesome! I called for a last minute appointment and they had an opening available within the hour (it was a slow day). The vet tech and the vets were very genuine and easy to talk to. They gave my dog her one shot she needed and were were in and out within 30 minutes at no cost (Banfield Wellness Plan covered it) I also highly recommend the Banfield Wellness Plan to everyone as well!

Seriously the best Banfield I've ever been to! This location has the best staff, they are friendly and prompt. The vets really take the time to attend to your pets well being. Even when I walk-in with a urgent problem, they give my dogs close attention and great care. Highly recommend this Banfield! And the wellness plan has saved me over $3300 this year alone with one dog. It's so great to be able to take your pet in anytime without being charged an office visit fee and be able to see that you're paying for procedures that will help improve the life of your pet.

I have never written reviews before. However, I made an exception this time to acknowledge that ABOVE AND BEYOND care, that we received from Dr. Hotz, has not gone by unnoticed. We have been going to this hospital since its opening and always had very positive experience starting from front desk people, nurses, and ending with MDs. This hospital is not as crazy busy as some other locations and it is usually pretty easy to make an appointment on a short notice. And if it something urgent, they will everything they can to squeeze you in. I would highly recommend Dr. Holtz for any pet related care! He is the most caring vet that I had ever worked with. He is not only committed to providing the best pet care but also the best customer service. He gladly shares his knowledge and expertise, takes his time to explain making sure that I understand everything. He promptly returns phone calls, answers questions in person and over the phone without a hint of annoyance with me and my questions (and I had a lot of questions!). I am also very happy with nurses and front desk people there. Everybody is very friendly, they make follow up calls if a pet seen secondary to some issue rather than a regular check-up. The team of nurses with Dr. Holtz take great care of my dog!
