We absolutely love Preston Animal Hospital. We have a lab mix who is almost 13 and can be very anxious in a new environment. I would never kennel him anywhere other than Preston, if they are full then I am not going on my trip. The vets are wonderful and the technicians are so caring. Everyone takes their time when working with you and really listens to any concerns you have for your pets health. My dog can get snappy and is not always trusting of people, but they are just so pleasant and patient with him. Now that he has been under their care for awhile he gets excited to go to the kennel and goes back without giving me any grief. I have three good friends who also use Preston for their dogs and everyone loves them. Honestly, you will not find a more compassionate, professional, and caring group of people who absolutely adore animals. UPDATE: On May 15 our precious dog had to be put down, he was over 14 years old and completely lost his ability to stand or walk. We took him to the ER in the middle of the night and then rushed him over to Preston the second they opened. Dr. Bauer saw us right away, reviewed all care options, and then we made the decision to say goodbye. The staff was amazing and the very next day we got the kindest letter from the staff expressing their condolences. When we eventually get another dog, I will surely take him/her to Preston for all care. I honestly can not express enough gratitude to the staff at Preston Animal Hospital for the way they handled our situation, they were so kind, compassionate, and caring through the entire process.
