Shiloh animal hospital is one of the most professional institutions that I've ever dealt with. They were extremely helpful and patient while working with my dog. When I had to give my dog away one of their employees volunteered to take him into foster care until they could find a new home for him. I would highly recommend Shiloh Animal Hospital for anyone living in the triangle area.
Shiloh Animal Hospital combines traditional and holistic veterinary care for pets. They are open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8:00-12:00 on Saturday. Dr. Audra Alley, the owner of Shiloh Animal Hospital, has been my vet for many years. She takes the time to understand what is going on which is especially important when you have a pet who temporarily loses his brain and does something crazy every once in awhile. The staff is always friendly and caring. They treat your pet as if it were their own. I'm always impressed how they remember the pets and what was going on the last time you came in. The staff calls and checks on your pet after a visit. Dr. Alley is especially good when you have a pet with special needs. She is practical and doesn't jump to conclusions. It's a pleasure working with her. I like the approach so much that I wish I could go there for my own health care instead of most doctors' offices.
Everyone here is so kind, friendly and caring. We were new to the area and were looking for a local vet that was as good as our old vet in Florida. We went to a different vet first in Cary and were extremely disappointed with how much they pushed unnecessary surgeries on us in our first two vet visits. Shiloh were completely different. They discussed our options with us, clearly told us what to expect, and were all so friendly. The entire team has gotten to know our dog and they all care about his well being. After 6 months of treating him for a torn ACL, he's now doing really well, back to walking on all fours comfortably, and has no pain. Everyone at Shiloh Animal Hospital took the time and effort to figure out the best course of action for his recovery, from pain management to physiotherapy. I can't recommend this vet enough and the people that work here.
Based on my one visit so far with our new puppy to Shiloh Animal Hospital, I'm very impressed. Dr Alley and Leslie were absolutely wonderful, and really seem to love what they do. Everyone was both professional and kind.
The Vet and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, They truly have gone above and beyond in treating our cat. Even sent us pictures of our cat while she was staying with them for treatment.
