I cannot say enough good things about Kato, Kenza, and Dara ... They are flexible, always on time, and most importantly take amazing care of my dogs. I work long days, and it is such a relief to know that they're coming to give my guys some exercise and love!

Kato is such a loving and accommodating owner. My schedule changes on a whim and she never fails to be sure my Reese is taken care of. Annie and Mary are the walkers who attend to my pet's needs. They both are so loving and attentive to her. They leave detailed notes about their walks, play time, food, treats, potty time, and anything they think I need to know. I trust them in my home and with my little Reese. I highly recommend Kato and her team for any pet care needs!

Kato and all the sitters at Bone-A-Fide Pet Care are amazing. They absolutely saved me and my boys over the past few years. I rescued a 2-year-old mutt a few years back that was petrified of strangers. Kato took the time to let him get to know her. Now, he absolutely loves her, and this was no small feat. He has gotten so much better over time, in part due to the work Kato has put in to him. I cannot recommend Kato enough! I am extremely happy I found her and am very sad to be moving away from the area!

This service is too overpriced next to other pet care providers of equal or even better value. I appreciated the notes about the visits and the text messages, but I felt I was being nickled and dimed to death by the owner with all of her add on additional charges. In addition, she became so busy she had other sitters in my home which I was told there would be no other sitters without me first meeting them. I really was disappointed with Bone-A-Fide Pet Care, especially for all of the money she charges. My pet made it through so for that I am thankful but I will choose another service in the future.

Bone-A-fide Pet Care is Awesome! We have been using Bone-A-fide Pet Care for a couple years now and have nothing but good things to say about it! Kato and her staff are very friendly, personable, extremely thorough and knowledgable when it comes to pet care/sitting. They have always been able to fulfill our last minute requests!
