Making the appointment was easy and I got such good service on the phone that I felt safe and happy to take my pets to Brookwood. Once at the clinic we were treated well and everything went smoothly (it helped to fill out the online patient form!) we didn't have to wait long before it was our turn. The vet and the nurse were both sweet, caring, so calm and professional with the pets. We left, with two calm (considering the circumstances!) freshly vaccinated, thoroughly examined pets and two happy owners. We WILL go back. I wish I did not need to contact Brookwood but I did. I needed to put my dog down. I had been to Brookwood before and my family still takes all their pets there but since I moved I wanted a vet closer to my house. I am going back to Brookwood! I don't care how long of a drive it is. Back to my experience....I called the office first thing, the kindest most understanding lady answered my call. She asked me what time was best for me, didn't try to talk me into lab test or a way to "fix" my dog. She understood. I went to Brookwood with my dog, it was a drive I had dreaded only because I knew I was driving home alone. From the moment I went in I felt like family. They were the kindest most gentle staff I had ever seen. I stayed for the procedure, I couldnt let my dog go at it alone. They explained what was going to happen, his possible reactions so I was ready. It was the most calming, peaceful way to go and they held and rubbed him with me during the procedure. It was sad, I cried but I am more than grateful for what the staff and vet at Brookwood did for me and my beloved Max. A few days later they sent me a sympathy card in the mail and it just reenforced that they care. I will be taking my other dogs to them, it is well worth the few extra miles from home.

Dr. Cotton has been our family's vet for years. I wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else. The staff members are well trained and efficient. If you want your animal treated as a family member, this is the place to go. They are costlier than some and less costly than some. You get what you pay for. Excellent, compassionate care and good sound doctoring for your beloved pet. Who would want more from a veterinarian?

Great service; amazing staff; caring doctor; quite inexpensive!

one word... PRICEY. Nice people but be prepared to shell out some money.
