We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Simpson and her Medical Assistant, Beverly. My Westie had a bloody paw and I thought it was going to be an ugly situation with examining him. However, that dynamic duo of doggie whisperers swooped in and engaged him in such a way that made him readily comply to their treatment. I had never met Dr. Simpson before and I’m incredibly impressed with her thoughtful manor and instincts. As a result, Oliver is significantly better today. Thank You for a great experience!

The assistant took my dog right in and performed all the necessary preventive care that he could administer. Dr. Conley came in immediately after with such a loving heart towards my dog offering options re: plaque on her teeth, etc in addition to providing all the necessary shots. I value CareFirst service and their love for animals. I would not go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place for pet care. Very clean and the Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend CareFirst to anyone. They only sell you the products you need - very focused on customer service. During an emergency after hours, they followed up multiple times on the phone and offered to meet at the office if needed.

We love these folks! From the first time we took our rescue Golden Retriever to Jared and his team, we've received only the highest quality, caring and professional treatment. When our dog developed a potentially deadly condition, their careful diagnosis and care saved his life in no uncertain terms. But even for the more routine stuff - check-ups, baths and so on - we couldn't imagine a better veterinary hospital or professional staff. Clean, bright, convenient and superior care - seriously, what else could a pet owner (or pet, for that matter) ask for? It's my pleasure to recommend CareFirst at Falls Pointe!

The service was fine, but a $335 base fee for a standard, uncomplicated cat spaying is ridiculous.
