I started going to crossroads a few months ago with my puppy. All the staff have been super friendly and helpful. They all adore my puppy, making it easy to take him him in for appointments. Dr. Lee has been really gentle and helpful. She loves to entertain him and he love her and the cookies :)
I have no idea how people had a bad experience with Crossroads Vet. I first went there nearly 20 years ago when I inherited a sick cat from my roommate. They were kind and caring and Dr Albright took the time to walk me through the surgery steps. They treated her through the years and in the end were respectful and patient about putting her to sleep. Over 7 years ago I rescued a cat and I didn't even have to think about where to take her for treatment. The whole staff has been caring over the years and as she is approaching the final stages of renal failure they have done everything they can to let me know what's happening, been respectful of her condition and done everything they could to help her. As long as I'm in this area, THEY WILL BE MY VETS!!
Fantastic care and staff! We bring our greyhounds here and have never been disappointed. We have lived coast to coast (California), this is one of the best vet clinics we have brought our pets to. The doctors understand the breed very well and take the time to help us make informed decisions about caring for them as they age.
Crossroads has taken care of all of our pets! We would not think to go anywhere else! The vets and staff are friendly and very caring! Great people to take our furry friends to!
Awful experience and poor customer service!!! My husband and I requested that our dog's vet records be faxed to my office by 4pm because we unexpectedly needed to take our dog to a vet closer to home. 3 hours later no records, so I call to inquiry about the delay and was rudely advised that it was on a to do list and she would get to them whenever! Also we when called another time prior to this they could not locate our dogs records and the day camp needed them ASAP. Glad to see they have no clue as to how to keep records or remember their patients.
