Dr. Moeser is GREAT!!! She helped us out with both a 3 month old puppy and a 6 year old rescue. Within just a few days, our puppy was 100% back to normal after several weeks of diarrhea and an upset stomach.. For our 6 year old rescue, Dr. Moeser did his yearly checkup and cleaned his teeth. She picked him up from our house for the teeth cleaning and dropped him off a few hours later, and he came home with NEW TEETH! Not only was the teeth cleaning amazing, but the pricing was also excellent - a fraction of the estimates I was given from three other vets. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!

I arrived in Raleigh for a brief vacation with my dogs and upon arrival found that I left one of my dog's thyroid medicine at home. I called my home vet who suggested that I find someone local who might be able to provide the medicine and they'd approve it. I contacted Heather with Downtown Mobile Veterinary Services and not only was she able to help me get a week's supply of his medicine, but she delivered it in less than two hours. This was late in the day too. Heather was very nice and if I need any other veterinary assistance while I'm here, she will definately be who I call. I'm so thankful for the wonderful customer services provided.

Dr. Moeser is one of the most caring and compassionate vets. We recently had to say goodbye to our lab Cooper and she was there to make the best out of a bad situation. She shows compassion and kindness to the pets as well as their owners. She now is the vet of our new puppies Tucker and Boomer as well as our pug Gizmo. After going to vet offices forever, I wasn't sure what to expect about a mobile vet, but there's no comparison to being at home. My dogs picked up on Dr. Heather's calming and nonthreatening demeanor and let her assess them with us all sitting on the floor. I called Heather for her opinion about our 14 yr old Norfolk terrier's quality of life- we were ready for farewell and she said lets fix his teeth .Simple as that. Needless to say, the squirrels in our yard are on high alert! He's back to chasing each and every one! What a difference!! He feels great. I especially appreciate Heather's easy discussion of fees. Max's care was incredibly reasonable and I appreciate that she didn't insist on random tests just to charge more as so many other vets do. Downtown Vets is a treasure, I feel so lucky to have them as a part of our family

Dr. Moeser has always given us exceptional service for all our dogs. She truly has a love for the animals and they love her. When we lost one of our dogs to cancer, she was there to guide us and helped us to let him go in peace.
