I trust them with my pets 100%! They are kind, inexpensive and knowledgeable. I have used them for over 10 yrs and they always make me feel as though my pet is #1 and money is an afterthought (which is rare). They never force or guilt you into unnecessary testing, they also donate medicines and items for those you cannot afford it and they are incredibly friendly. Thank you Magnolia Animal Hospital for always treating my pets as though they were your own.

We are searching for a new veterinarian "home" for my senior canine child, and I had heard great things about this practice in the past. Unfortunately, our experience was such that we will not return again. Although we only needed a quick visit from their tech for a Bordatella update, we waited nearly 30 minutes for what took 30 seconds. That, on top of being in line to check out for 10+ minutes, behind someone who could not pay for their bill. While waiting in line, I witnessed one of the doctor's interaction with a client which was far less than compassionate. When I finally reached check out, I shared my frustration with the front desk staff, who apologized briefly without any explanation. The lack of customer service for new clients is simply pitiful!

I am always happy to pay for what my pet needs, but I don't want to pay for things my dog does NOT need. At Magnolia, I can trust them to be honest with me about what my furry baby needs without suggesting a bunch of "extras" that will just run up the bill. In my experience, this is not the norm for a veterinary practice. Hooray for a practice that cares about the pets AND the people.

We had a bad experience at a previous vet in Raleigh and decided to try Magnolia based on a recommendation from a coworker. It was a stressful time because our dog needed to have her leg amputated due to bone cancer. Dr. John was very helpful in explaining our options. We elected to go with the surgery and our dog is getting around well now after the amputation. Dr. John and the rest of the staff have been very compassionate and supportive during this whole time. The prices are very reasonable and the staff and vets care a lot about animals there. Whenever we come back, the our dog is always greeted by name. I'm really glad we found Magnolia.

Very disappointing. Adopted sister kittens from SPCA and the SPCA uses Magnolia for their spay surgery. Magnolia is not my regular vet hospital. One of my sister kittens has an umbilical hernia and I consulted with Magnolia to do the hernia repair at the same time as the spay to ensure the kitten only had to endure 1 surgery instead of 2. When I took the kittens in for their follow up vaccinations with my regular vet, my vet told me the hernia was still present. I called Magnolia and spoke with the vet who claimed to have performed the hernia surgery, she said she did not feel the hernia at the time of the surgery but that the spay surgery should have resolved the issue. So, no repair was made, and now my kitten will have to endure a 2nd surgery in the future and Magnolia also charged me the top of the estimated range of the "hernia repair" as well. I do not recommend Magnolia Animal Hospital.
