Doc was very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The prices for their services were nor outlandish, the facility was clean.

I am from Cary, but got referred to Chatham Veterinary Service by an employee at the Chatham Animal Control. I had a cat that could not urinate. The vet in cary wanted 2,000 dollars for the surgery, and my husband told me I had to put the cat to sleep. I only spent 500.00 at Chatham Vet and that was for the surgery and my cat staying there for a week! Everyone from receptionist to the doctor was as nice as possible. I will now be bringing all of my four legged children to them. They are wonderful!!!!!

I had a cat hit by a car and seriously injured on a Sunday night. Even though we had not been a previous patient of Chatham Vet, Dr. Redding came out on a very foggy night to help my cat. He was very caring and professional. My cat has since had successful surgery by Dr. Redding and I have found all involved with the practice including the receptionist, vet techs and Dr. Scott and Dr, Redding to be super.

We had a large dog who unfortunately managed to wipe out in our yard while chasing squirrels and dislocated her hip. We went and saw a couple of vets in the area for advice on what to and of course it involved "specialists" and ungodly amounts of money to be paid up front before we cross the threshold. Dr. Redding may not be a "specialist" but he he gave us solid, quality advice and options for our dog. As a former vet tech myself, I can say he is one hell of a surgeon and managed a tricky surgery that saved our dog. He's a common sense great vet and more like what vets should be...about the animals, not the nickle and diming of the customers that spend a fortune trying to do right by their animals.
