From the first emergency, the staff at Myrtle Grove Animal Hospital have always been kind, professional and thorough. The facility is well equipped and well maintained, showing a dedication to good care. The staff on the front of the house are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The three doctors on staff are kind, genuine and all seem to communicate so that the hand-off in care is seamless. Whichever doctor saw my dog was aware of his most recent symptoms. They followed up very thoroughly with home calls and were always willing to answer questions. When it came time to put my dog down, they came to the house, participated in a dignified process with great consideration. Finally, they took care of the rest of the details for me. That is priceless

This isn't a forum to critique the veterinary health industry. The staff here is very friendly and they've always taken good care of our dog.

Very Dishonest and rough with my dog. He was perfectly healthy when I boarded him for a very short time, and perfectly healthy when I took him home. But for some reason they felt the need to run emergency tests on him and medicate him without my consent (because he supposedly went diarrhea twice), and did this without even bothering to call me to let me know. As far as I'm concerned they are liars looking to nickel and dime you. My dog was fine when he went in, and fine when he came out. I do not believe a thing they told me.

Saved our kittens life! Their thoughtful and meticulous care saved our 8 week old kitten. They even followed up by calling and listening. Just hearing the concern in their voices was comforting.
