I have used this clinic when I couldn't get across town to my regular clinic, 10th Street Animal Hospital, and have been very happy with the care provided. The facility is always clean, the front desk staff is very friendly, and I usually don't have to wait long unless there is an emergency, which is okay since I would want my dog taken back if it was an emergency. I like all the docs, and think they are very good and they love to play with my dog. They have Saturday appointments which I like, since sometimes Saturdays can be a long wait at 10th Street since all they do is walkins on Saturday morning.

Took a 9-day-old puppy from a new litter in due to inconsolable crying. It was a Saturday morning and they were crowded, but they worked me in and I only waited about 10-15 minutes in the waiting area before Dr. Medhus saw him. He gave great advice and charged a very reasonable rate for the visit, in addition to providing advice for the mother of the litter. The entire process moved swiftly and payment was hassle-free, including a student discount. A few days later, received a follow-up call to check on the status of the puppy. Very good service!
