I have been taking my dog to Petcetera Animal Clinic for about four years. I love how great the staff is and that I am always in and out very quickly. In addition, they are always able to answer any questions I might have which is great.

My cat required emergency care over the weekend...and I have to say, the prompt, professional, and caring ways which they treated him and myself were exemplary. Very thorough. The staff was very welcoming and understanding. The vet explained everything and answered all questions. She was very soothing and calming and put me at ease in relation to the care of my cherished buddy. I will more than likely switch vets because of this atmosphere and staff!

We had two dogs in what we considered emergency situations this summer. Dr.Lord and Dr. Hagen have done a great job of getting them healthy again and answering all our questions. Also been great with follow up!
