we have been taking out dog to them for awhile now, and in that time we have never been disappointed. He gets his meds given, he gets loved on, he thoroughly enjoys coming. He is out of the car and running to the door when he sees where he is.

This business is run by incompetents. It's very hard to get an appointment even though you have been a loyal customer for years. Their fake smiles and lackadaisical attitudes are sickening. Try to call this business and you will get an answering machine most of the time, your messages will never be answered and the call never returned. They do not cherish pets and your pet will not be taken care of lovingly. Do yourself a favor and take your loved dog, cat... pet somewhere else and save yourself a headache and heartache. Make sure your pets shots are up to date or else you will be turned away. It should be called Pet Hell.

I have been with Stay and Play for around two years now and cannot express how great it is! The people are helpful, caring, genuine, and my dogs love them! I love that there is a place that cares so much about their customer/pet's best interest that they require ALL to be current on vaccinations. I am glad to know there is a facility that does not put my dogs at risk by allowing any non-current pets to have interaction with others. I see some people have had an issue with that, but as a responsible PET OWNER it is not Stay and Play's responsibility to do something that is basic care for our pets. I know Stay and Play cares by that simple fact they take precaution by preventing potential issues involving non-current pets and taking that precaution very seriously. They know my dogs by name, as well as all other repeat customers (which I have been witness to on many occasions) and my dogs are always more than happy to see them. You can't get any better and personable than Stay and Play!!

Stay and Play is a wonderful place with great people and a great facility. Compared to many other places in town that have small running areas and short fences, Stay and Play is amazing. We have a very active large breed German Wirehair that loves his time at Stay and Play. We've used their grooming services which are wonderful and can complete what we need with our unusual breed specifications for grooming. Daycare is amazing and offers Gunner plenty of interaction, socialization and exercise on those days when we know we just cannot devote enough time to his high energy needs. We've also used their boarding services and have came home each and every time to a well fed, well cared for and tired dog from his weekend with friends. I cannot say a bad word about them and will continue to recommend them to as many people as possible.

STAY AND PLAY PET RESORT - You just lost a loyal customer! After taking my Jack to Stay & Play for nearly 5 years - today my husband was told while trying to drop him off that his shot record was expired and they wouldn't be able to take him. Alright got it - I know the dog's shot records need to be on file to take him in. However, @ 7 am when I called to confirm his appointment it wasn't mentioned to me. 6 Weeks ago when I booked the appointment (yes - it takes six weeks to get your dog in) it was not mentioned to me that the shot records were out of date, and 4 months ago when Jack got his spring cut - it wasn't mentioned to me which I know they were expired at that time too because it's been at least two years since he's had shots. (Slipped my mind - we've been busy.) When I expressed that I was an unhappy camper because I have waited 6 weeks to get my pooch clipped and it would have been nice to know because I certainly would have plenty of time to get this taken care of - the response was "Sorry we have too many dogs to do that." When I reiterated, I would have taken care of it -had I known I got, "Well you signed papers that shots have to be current." - Again - I get this. As I tried to explain that we had been customers for five years and this experience has been less than great - through the phone I get "Yah Sorry About That." And you're done Stay & Play. I will be promptly updating Jack's shots - and taking him else where for the approximate 3-4 times a year for the 8-12 years left of his life.
