I have taken all of my animals to West Oaks for years now. The staff there are always so nice and very helpful, from the two doctors to the vet techs to the receptionist. I have even called multiple times with questions regarding my pet and they have advised me, and the answer isnt always to come in to see them, so to me that shows that they are real people and arent just looking to make money. They actually care about you and your pets. They are also very sensitive when it comes to euthanizing a beloved freind, even after the fact (they never bring us back to the same room) They always remember the pets we bring in, even if they havent seen them for many months and are always open to answer questions and give the best help they can. I would recommend them to anyone, and I have many times. Great people working there; overall just a good vet clinic.
