This Clinic is good at providing vaccinations, pet grooming services, deworming, and flea and tick treatments. The Clinic is understaffed to provide surgical procedures. The Clinic is unprepared to provide adequate after care for your pet post surgery. Many Vet's will keep an animal overnight for monitoring after a major surgery but, this Clinic is understaffed and does not make overnight monitoring a standard part of their care. My puppy was sent home a few hours after a major surgery for me to monitor and was dead within 10 hours of his surgery. I was given few instructions on when to administer pain medications and, was untrained to recognize or treat complications. The emergency number was unhelpful and used in a panic to let the Vet know my puppy had died. It only took a moment from me checking on my puppy who looked a little too still to him convulsing before going limp in my arms. It was awful to feel so helpless and unprepared.
